1st Birthday!

We celebrated little man's 1st birthday on May 28th with his cousin who's 2 weeks older than him. It was a warm day, but we had a lot of fun! We had an airplane theme with red,white,blue colors and even propellers on their highchairs!

H had his 12 mo appt on his birthday, June 6th. It went well. The dr noticed a knot on his clavicle from about a month prior, he had rolled off our bed in the middle of the night. It was the scariest moment for me, waking up and trying to catch him :( He cried and was still somewhat asleep so we cuddled and calmed him until he fully woke up and then nursed back to sleep. I was shocked that we hadn't noticed it, she said that she's seen it a few times before where the break doesn't affect the bone too much to cause problems and pain. So, it turned out that he had fractured the bone and it had healed by the next appt where she caught it, feeling the healed knot. We got it x-rayed and it had healed nicely. Such a tough little boy!
